RULES PRIZE EVENT

“Million × G-FAM”

1. PROMOTING ENTITY

This prize event is promoted by: Million Corporation Srl, with registered office at Traversa Michelangelo 14, 80026 – Casoria (NA), VAT number 10467441217, (hereinafter, for brevity, the “Promoting Company” or the “Promoter”).

2. REFERENCE LEGISLATION

The prize event is governed by these rules and the current legislation on the matter, in particular by D.P.R. October 26, 2001 no. 430.

3. NAME OF THE EVENT

The prize event is called:

“Million × G-FAM”

4. TYPE OF EVENT

Prize event with final drawing among all eligible participants.

5. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

The event takes place within the territory of the Italian Republic. Participation is allowed to all users who purchase the promoted product through the official online sales channel of the Promoting Company.6. DURATION OF THE EVENT

The event will take place according to the following schedule:

  • Promoted products purchase period:
    from March 15, 2026 to May 13, 2026
  • Deadline for code registration:
    May 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM
  • Final drawing date:
    May 14, 2026

The drawing will take place electronically in the presence of a connected Notary, who will oversee the operations and certify their regularity.

7. PROMOTED PRODUCTS

The event is linked to the sale of a Promotional Kit composed of: T-shirt and Shorts called (Million x G-Fam Set)

The Promoting Company will sell a maximum of 3,000 promotional kits.

8. PARTICIPATION METHODS

Inside each promotional Kit, a unique alphanumeric code will be included.

To participate in the event, users must:

  1. Purchase the promotional kit through the online sales site;
  2. Access the digital platform G-FAM;
  3. Register or log into your account;
  4. Enter the alphanumeric code received inside the product packaging.

Once the procedure is completed, the participation will be recorded in the event database.

9. CODE CHARACTERISTICS PROMOTIONAL

The alphanumeric codes are generated through an IT system that guarantees: 

  • uniqueness
  • non-repeatability
  • unpredictability

Each code:

  • is associated with a single kit sold;
  • can be used only once for participation purposes. The IT system will automatically prevent multiple uses of the same code.

10. DATABASE FORMATION

All valid participations will be recorded within a centralized IT database. The database will contain:

  • entered code
  • user ID
  • date and time of registration
  • technical system logs

The database is:

  • tracked
  • protected
  • immutable under the law.

11. TECHNICAL CLAUSE – INFRASTRUCTURE AND FORMATION OF THE DATABASE

The data related to registrations and participation in the initiative are collected and stored through an IT platform hosted on the Google Cloud Region europe-west8, Milan infrastructure. The formation of the database valid for participation and any drawing takes place exclusively on servers located in Italian territory. The electronic communications management systems and their related logs also operate on infrastructures located within the European Union. Any technical monitoring and application security systems, if present on non-EU infrastructures, perform exclusively technical control and anomaly prevention functions and do not intervene in any way in the formation, modification, or determination of the database valid for participation in the initiative nor in the prize assignment procedures. The official participation database is tracked, immutable under the law, and may be subject to verification and technical inspection upon request by the competent guarantee authorities.

430/2001.

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679(GDPR) and the applicable national legislation.

12. PRIZE DRAW

The final draw will take place on May 14, 2026.

The draw will be conducted using random selection software among all valid entries recorded in the database. During the draw, the following will be identified:

No. 1 winner
No. 2 alternate names

Alternates will be called in case of:

  • winner’s unavailability
  • failure to accept the prize
  • violation of the rules.

13. PRIZES UP FOR GRABS

Are up for grabs:

No. 2 official Meet & Greets with the artist Geolier

The Meet & Greets will take place during the concert scheduled for 28/06/2026 at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in Naples.

Prize value

Single prize value: €239
Total prize value: €478

14. PRIZE FEATURES

The prizes:

  • are not convertible into cash;
  • are not transferable to third parties;
  • are not replaceable at the winner’s request.

The prize consists exclusively of access to the Meet & Greet and does not include any expenses for:

  • travel
  • meals
  • accommodation.

15. PRIZE DELIVERY

Prizes will be delivered in person at the Meet & Greet event.

In the event that the winner is a minor, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The access ticket will be unique and valid for winner and companion.
 
16. FRAUD PREVENTION

The Promoting Company reserves the right to verify the regularity of participations.

In case of suspicious or fraudulent behavior, the Promoter may exclude the participant.

These constitute grounds for exclusion:

  • use of codes obtained improperly;
  • use of automatic systems or manipulation software;
  • irregular multiple registrations.

17. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Promoting Company cannot be held responsible for:

  • internet network malfunctions;
  • technical problems with users' devices;
  • interruptions of telecommunication services;
  • any technical issues beyond its control.

18. FAILURE TO ACCEPT THE PRIZE

If the winner does not accept the prize within the indicated terms, the prize will be considered forfeited.

The prize will then be awarded to the drawn alternates.

19. CHANGES OR SUSPENSION OF THE EVENT

The Promoting Company reserves the right to modify or suspend the event

due to force majeure or to ensure the proper conduct of the initiative.

20. EVENT PUBLICITY EVENT

The event will be advertised through:

  • Promoter's website
  • G-FAM platform
  • official social channels.

The complete rules will always be available online.

21. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the event implies full and unconditional acceptance

of these rules.

22. DATA PROCESSINGPERSONAL

The processing of personal data will comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679

(GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

Data will be processed exclusively for:

  • management of the event
  • award of prizes
  • notifications to winners.

23. FINAL PROVISIONS

For matters not expressly provided for in these rules, the

provisions of D.P.R. 430/2001 and current regulations regarding events

prize.
